Best move I've made

Peri pause is hard enough, HBP really helps with this
I have been re taking Hormone Balance plus for a few months now. I had been taking this product to help support my hormones through this perimenopause roller coaster ride. I had stopped taking it for a few months to trial another product on the market but didn't feel the same way as I did with My pause brand. So I re ordered and definitely notice a difference within myself most days. Some days are harder than others especially with the perimenopause anxiety side of things but I know that without this supplement I'd be worse and it helps support my body in many other ways. I have learnt to be more gentle on my body on those hard days and allow the Hormone balance plus to continue to support me along with exercise and healthy diet. Great Product but please provide refills
All the products I have been using are great. The one thing that could truly make this outstanding is to stop providing a full replacement with all the packaging and bottle and simply provide a refill package that I can top-up my existing bottle.
I feels very wasteful to constantly be getting and throwing away perfectly good packaging. If people do not want that option, surely they do not need to take it but you could offer it at a reduce price saving everyone money at this time that we all could use it.
