What a refreshing explosion!
The third My Pause product that I have tried and not even I, the cynical sod that I am, can find fault!! The first time I actually tried this was after a stint of feeling rather poorly, a lot of fluids lost (don't worry I will stop there!). I opened the bottle and was met with the most refreshing scent, i felt hydrated just from a sniff! Add the one scoop to the water bottle and, unlike my other electrolyte tablets and powders, it really seemed to take very little time before the powder was dissolved and ready to drink. I was greeted with the most refreshing taste that was also very subtle. Not only did it taste great, I felt the life come back to me; genuinely the idea of taking the dog out was met with apprehension but after about half an hour I felt in the land of the living and set out. Once again a product that did not leave me drained, a product that gives you what you need but in some form of slow release that helps you through the day. I have also tried the product after a very sweaty strength training session mixed with other supplements, worried how the flavours would mingle but the Hydrate and Replenish just slotted in there like it was made to be. With this, Sleep Assist and B Complex I think I have got my care package sorted for the rest of my mid life anyway!!
