I am someone who can fall asleep sat up, on a park bench, even in a club! But then I think I see 3am, 4am, 5am and then get woken up from a final slumber at 6am by the alarm feeling groggy and shattered! I saw this advertised by Kat on Insta (hilarious and very on point Lady) that really rated the product. Sooooo I dove in voila it arrived. Fabulous packaging, very environmentally friendly and very very quick postage to the UK!! Evening came and it was time. One tablet after tea/dinner (lets start that debate) and one before bed and I was out for the count...... BUT I was OUT! My alarm went off at 6am and I arose; not groggy but fresh ready to start the day. I would say like Mary Poppins singing to the birds but I am actually not a morning person so just being able to put the right clothes on and get the dogs walked is a win! I did not even wake up to go to the toilet, that is how good they are!!! The only thing for me is I did feel a bit bad buying from Aus so please please find a UK distributor, other than that I am potentially moving!! Thanks for providing a great product, it actually works.

Calm, relaxed, and ready for bed
