Best move I've made

Peri pause is hard enough, HBP really helps with this
I have been re taking Hormone Balance plus for a few months now. I had been taking this product to help support my hormones through this perimenopause roller coaster ride. I had stopped taking it for a few months to trial another product on the market but didn't feel the same way as I did with My pause brand. So I re ordered and definitely notice a difference within myself most days.
