What is Gentle Fibre Support?

Gentle Fibre Support is a daily prebiotic fibre blend designed for women 40+ who want an easier, more comfortable way to increase their fibre intake. It helps support digestive regularity, gut comfort and healthy gut bacteria, without the harsh “laxative” feeling many fibre products can cause.

What makes this different from other fibre supplements?

Most fibre supplements can feel thick, gritty or too intense on the stomach. Gentle Fibre Support was designed to be easy to take every day, using a blend of prebiotic fibres selected for digestive comfort and regularity.

Will it make me run to the toilet?

No. Gentle Fibre Support is designed to work gently with your body, not as a harsh quick-fix laxative. It supports more comfortable, predictable daily regularity.

Can I take more than one sachet a day?

We recommend starting with 1 sachet daily. If increasing your fibre intake, it’s best to do so gradually and ensure you’re drinking enough water throughout the day.

Is it suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

Sure is!

Is it flavoured?

No. Gentle Fibre Support is unflavoured, making it easy to add into drinks or food without affecting taste.
