I have been having the fibre sachets and just started adding creatine into the mix as well - thought it would be clumpy but they both dissolve really well, you can't tell it's there.
no bloating, and definitely feel like my concentration is so much better than it was.

I have tried lots of different creatine and always found they made me bloated - this is the first that hasn't - hoorah!
