Which MyPause Product Is Right for Me?

If you're new to MyPause, start with Hormone Balance Plus. It's the daily foundation the rest of the range is built around. Then add one or two targeted products for the symptoms bothering you most — not everything at once.
That's the short answer. Here's how to think it through properly.
The range is a system, not nine separate supplements
Every product has a specific job, and they're designed to work together in layers:
- The daily foundation — Hormone Balance Plus (AUST L 470807), our TGA-listed herbal formula for perimenopause and menopause. This is the starting point for most women.
- Targeted symptom support — Sleep Assist (AUST L 470087) for restless, disturbed sleep; Women's B Energy Complex (AUST L 471005) to support energy levels; Gentle Fibre Support for daily fibre, regularity and gut comfort.
- Long-term healthy ageing — Daily Creatine Support for muscle and strength alongside resistance training; Women's Bone Support (AUST L 473195); Women's Skin Support Plus (AUST L 473197).
- Lifestyle and nutrition — the Slim Down Shake (a formulated meal replacement with 30.4g protein and 6.9g fibre per serve) and Hydrate + Replenish.
Match your biggest problem first
"Everything feels off — mood, sleep, energy, flushes." Start with Hormone Balance Plus on its own for 60 days. Multi-symptom change is exactly what it's formulated for, and starting with one product means you can actually tell what's helping.
"Sleep is the thing wrecking everything else." Sleep Assist — a herbal, non-melatonin formula. Poor sleep makes almost every other midlife symptom worse, so if you fix one thing first, fix this. Our guide to menopause and sleep explains what's going on.
"The weight is going on around my middle and nothing I used to do works." Start with protein and fibre before anything else — read why weight changes at menopause. The Slim Down Shake replaces one meal a day with 30.4g protein and 6.9g fibre, as part of a kilojoule-controlled diet and regular physical activity.
"I want to stay strong, sharp and independent for the next 30 years." Daily Creatine Support plus resistance training, and Women's Bone Support. Start with our guide to creatine for women over 40.
"Bloating and irregularity." Gentle Fibre Support — most Australian women get well under the recommended 25g of fibre a day. More in why women need fibre.
How to build a routine without wasting money
Add one product at a time, give it a fair trial (we suggest 60 days — that's why the guarantee is 60 days), and only then add the next layer. A foundation plus two targeted products is a complete routine for most women. You don't need all nine — the range is broad so you can choose, not so you can take everything.
Common questions
Can I take MyPause products together?
The range is designed to be combined — for example Hormone Balance Plus with Sleep Assist, or the Slim Down Shake with Gentle Fibre Support and creatine. Always follow the directions on each label, and check with your health professional if you take medications, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition.
What if I'm on HRT?
Many of our products are used by women on HRT, but it depends on the product — Hormone Balance Plus contains Vitex, which may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives, so talk to your GP or pharmacist first. Nutrition products like creatine and the shake are food-based. When in doubt, ask your health professional and bring the ingredient list — ours are published in full on every product page.
How do I know it's working?
Pick the one or two symptoms that bother you most and track them for 60 days — that's a fairer test than "do I feel different today?". If you're not satisfied, our 60-day money-back guarantee covers opened and part-used products.
Is there a quiz?
Yes — take the product quiz via "Take The Quiz" in the menu on our homepage and we'll suggest a starting routine based on your answers.
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
