What's your return policy?

You’ve got enough on your plate—returns shouldn’t be stressful.

We’ve worked hard to create a premium, effective product, but if you’re not seeing the results you hoped for, we’ve got your back. All of our products come with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Just contact us here and we’ll take care of you!

Can I cancel or change my order?

We know the thrill of receiving your personalised MyPause Health products, so we work fast to process orders as quickly as possible! Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed.

How long before I receive my products?

We love your eagerness! For Australian orders, delivery takes 1-8 business days depending on whether you choose express or standard shipping.

For international orders, delivery times vary by location—please check the shipping options at checkout for the most accurate estimate.

What if I’m not home when the products arrive?

Isn’t that always the way?! If you’re not home, we’ll leave your package in a safe place. If there’s nowhere secure, we’ll leave a slip at your door and take it to your local post office or delivery depot for collection.

Are you really made in Australia?

We sure are! Our manufacturing facility is right by the beaches in Sydney—can’t get much more Aussie than that. All of our products are TGA approved, which means they meet some of the most rigorous standards for safety, quality, and effectiveness.
